At our clinic, we will become part of your diabetic healthcare team. We will work alongside your conventional healthcare team in order to provide the most effective treatment and care. If you do not have a healthcare team, we can help you get connected to one.

A typical diabetes healthcare team includes: 

  • Primary care provider (Family doctor/Naturopathic doctor)
  • Endocrinologist
  • Nurse educator
  • Registered Dietician or Registered Holistic Nutritionist
  • Eye doctor (Ophthalmologist or an Optometrist)
  • Dentist
  • Foot doctor (Podiatrist)

However, the most important team player is YOU. We recognize that and will assist you towards optimal self-management of your diabetes.
